The Return: Pagosa Springs Women’s Healing Circle

The Return is a local gathering space for women in the Pagosa Springs community who are seeking restoration, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to their bodies.

This experience blends gentle hands-on healing with community support to help women release tension, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their innate biological wisdom.

Sessions may include a combination of:
• Tonal Chiropractic Care – gentle, specific adjustments that work with the body’s natural rhythms. No twisting, popping, or cracking.
• Craniosacral Bodywork – light touch techniques that help release restrictions in the nervous system and restore fluid movement through the spine and skull.
• Spinal Energetics – subtle energetic work along the spine that helps the body unwind stored stress patterns and restore energetic flow.
• Energy Healing – including Reiki, hands-on healing, and intuitive energetic alignment.
• Intuitive & Oracle Guidance – offered when appropriate to support personal reflection, clarity, and integration.

Community Healing Circle
A central part of The Return is the community circle. Women gather together in a supportive environment to slow down, ground, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Through intentional conversation, guided reflection, and time in nature, the circle creates space for women to regulate their nervous systems, share experiences, and integrate what their bodies are processing.

This space is rooted in principles of biological sovereignty, nervous system awareness, and respect for the natural rhythms of the body and environment.

The Return is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about creating the conditions where the body can settle, integrate, and return to balance.

No experience is necessary. Come as you are.

This work is centered on restoring alignment within the body, nervous system, and energetic field through direct, consciousness-led facilitation.

Anthony works within a highly coherent field of awareness, allowing the body to reorganize itself through precise energetic correction and alignment. This process supports the release of stored tension, recalibration of the nervous system, and restoration of structural and energetic integrity.
